Lakewood Heights Site information

Size, Location, Topography & Zoning

The Lakewood Heights site is 2.1 acres and the former site of the Lakewood Heights School. The historic school structure is a landmark in the direct center of the Lakewood Heights neighborhood.

There are four buildings on site totaling 43,030 SF, including a historic building that housed the main school. Any proposed design plan should include the preservation of the historic building, although the condition of the historic structure would require remediation.

The site is currently zoned as R4 with a Medium-Density Residential designation.
